About the CEO and Founder
Aquanatte Jackson, MSW, LCSW
Founder of Compassion Community Care
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in the behavioral health and clinical space, Aquanatte Jackson currently serves as Founder of Compassion Community Care – C3, which provides valuable behavioral health, medical care, medication management, resources and assistance to the underserved communities in Northern and Southern Nevada. As the CEO, she is responsible for managing the daily operations of C3 and oversees the overall direction and vision for clinical and medical services in an effort to ensure quality patient care.
Aquanatte Jackson also served as the Chief Behavioral Health Director of Silver State Health Services in Southern Nevada. During her tenure at Silver State Health, she was responsible for program development and execution for the nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which offers affordable access to high-quality health care, including medical, mental health and social services.
Previously, Jackson served as the CEO and founder of AI Counseling Services, LLC. in Indiana where she provided therapeutic intervention services to adolescents and adults through individual, couples, family and group therapy and crisis intervention in the private outpatient practice setting. Jackson also served as the CEO and founder of Arisings, Incorporated where she successfully secured state contracts to provide counseling and case management services to children and families under the Indiana Department of Child Services and increased the zero-based state contract to $3 million in less than a year while overseeing a staff of 100 independent contractors and employees across eight county locations.
Jackson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wittenberg University before completing her Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. A member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Jackson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), trained in EMDR therapy and with a focus on helping clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Jackson continues to reach new aspirations as she takes her 20+ years of experience to offer consulting to Business Leaders and Organizations in Behavioral Health as the newest addition to services offered within C3.
